Attached Condos or Townhomes:
Condos - Max 1000 sq ft $195.00
Condos - Max Up to 1500 sq ft $250.00
Add $25.00 for each additional 250 sq ft.
Single Family Homes:
Up to 1500 sq ft $300.00
1500 to 2000 sq ft $325.00
2000 to 2500 sq ft $350.00
2500 to 3000 sq ft $375.00
Add $25. for each additional 500 sq ft.
