Coastal Home Inspections was formed with the philososphy of providing property owners access to a truly qualified home inspector which can provide an unbiased evaluation of the property condition.

As the State of California does not have any formal licensing requirements or standards anyone can call themselves a Home Inspector.

As owner and operator of Coastal Home Inspections you can rest assured you are hiring a well qualified inspector to help you evaluate your investment.
I have BA in Architecture, CA Licensed Architect, AIA Member, CA Licensed General Contractor and have over 25 years of hands on building experience.
In addition I am a member of InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

Our  Inspection

Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing.  We will notify the client of any item that is noted.  We provide quality color photos with every inspection.  You will understand every item by the time we are finished.
